Took a little getting used to them, but they are surprisingly super comfortable, and do the trick of making me a few inches taller! My wife is 5'8" and I'm 5'10", so whenever she wants to wear her 5" heels, I used to end up shorter than her....not anymore though! They are aesthetically appealing as well!
