Returns / Exchanges
Stated below are the itemized return policies of Topoutshoes.com. Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced. Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed you have read and understand the return policies stated here.
1. Any quality problems, such as broken lower sole, broken heel, broken upper sole, broken assistant heel, which appeared within one month.
2. All open glue within one month.
1. Within one month, for problems caused by serious color fading or serious discoloration of inner sole, exchange of same type of shoes is allowed.
2. For any new shoes not in pair, different size or nail appeared found inside the shoes.
3. For shoes can be exchanged due to quality problem or sending wrong shoes style, wrong size.
Free Exchange or Refund requests from customers may be rejected due to following reasons:
1.If any defects found, please contact our customer service within 15 days. Request is not accepted after then.
2.If the problem is caused by the customer (such as he did not read the introduction before ordering, or repeated order).
3.If the shoes have been used by customer , don't accept exchange or refund .
You may return the unused shoes for exchange or refund with following requirements:
1. within 60 days from the date of receipt.
2. both the packing and the goods are in good condition.
3. Writing your order number and reason on the paper. Please put the paper in the shoes box.

|Notice: The same order for exchange back and forth second times or above, the shipping fee is at Customer cost.|
1. Full Refunds:
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault( included damage caused by the fault of the third party). Customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
2. Partial Refunds:
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can get partial refunds.
If the items are considered damaged, defliled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the items without notify us, you will get no refund.
For unwanted items, the round-trip shipping costs shoud be borne by the buyer. The free shipping orders will be deducted $10 per pair. The express shipping orders will be deducted express shipment fee.
Items should be shipped with a return/exchange tag attached with the following information:
(1) Your order number
(2) Product code/product name
(3) Details of the reason for your return.
